Dans ses motsPhédâvrïl Racine is a dedicated athletic therapist, orthotist, and massage therapist with a passion for enhancing mobility and well-being. A graduate of Concordia University in 2007 with a degree in Athletic Therapy, she has worked with sports teams at both provincial and national levels, as well as in private university clinics, treating a wide range of individuals—including workers, students, and athletes. In 2011, Phédâvrïl expanded her expertise by becoming a certified orthotist, aiming to optimize the health and well-being of her clients. To deepen her understanding of how orthotics impact the human body, she obtained a Master’s degree in Biomechanical Engineering.
Since joining Kinatex in 2020, she has specialized in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, advanced concussion management, and running gait analysis. Phédâvrïl is known for her person-centered approach, firmly believing in the power of education and injury prevention to support long-term recovery. She offers customized, innovative orthotic solutions that empower individuals to return to their daily and athletic routines with confidence.
In 2024, she further broadened her scope of care by becoming a massage therapist and certified lymphatic therapist (Vodder Method). These additional qualifications allow her to provide effective support for pain management and improved mobility—particularly for individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries or living with lymphedema.
