Hello and welcome! — I’m Pooja, and I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional, psychological, and life-transition challenges with empathy, warmth, and evidence-based care. I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
My practice is grounded in a client-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach. I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, resilience, and practical coping skills that support mental well-being and personal growth.
I support individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and stress,grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic health challenges, and other mental health concerns. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to
each person’s needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.
I offer services in English, Gujarati, Kiswahili, and conversational Hindi, and am dedicated to making counselling accessible to multicultural and multilingual communities.
