Dans ses motsHello, my name is Portia, and I am the Clinic Manager for both the Lewis Estates and Heritage Valley locations of Massage Renewal. I oversee daily operations and ensure each and every one of our clients receive exceptional service. You can typically find me at our West location, and I am also available at our South location on Wednesdays.
Additionally, I am excited to be offering services as a Lash Technician at our West Lewis Estates location!
I joined Massage Renewal in October 2016 as a Front Desk Receptionist when our West location first opened. In June 2021, I transitioned into my current role as Clinic Manager. Throughout my nine years of customer service experience, I have developed a deep understanding and appreciation for Massage Therapy, and I am always happy to assist with any questions or concerns you may have during your visit.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am passionate about outdoor activities such as camping, boating, skiing and going to the gym. My favorite pastime is relaxing by the lake.
As Clinic Manager, my primary goal is to create a welcoming environment and ensure every client enjoys a top-tier experience with us.
