Poupak is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. With over 14 years of experience, she has worked extensively with the North Vancouver School District, the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), and various non-profit organizations. Poupak provides therapy for children, youth, individuals, and families facing challenges including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, suicidal ideation, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and more. She adopts a bio-psycho-social approach to understand her clients’ unique circumstances and to develop treatment plans that align with their goals, supporting them in realizing their fullest potential.
POUPAK SPECIALIZES IN: Supporting clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma. She also works with students struggling with procrastination and working with couples and families.
