As a Registered Massage Therapist, I’m truly grateful for the trust my patients place in me. Every person who steps into my treatment room brings their own experiences, challenges, and hopes, and it means a lot to be part of their journey toward feeling better. My intention is always to offer a space that feels safe, grounding, and supportive somewhere people can slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with themselves.
I’m a graduate of Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy program, where I built a strong foundation in evidence-informed practice and patient-centered care. I’ve also completed certification in Systemic Deep Tissue Massage, which allows me to work with deeper layers of the body through a gentle, structured, and integrative approach. My treatments blend clinical understanding with a calm, intuitive touch, tailored to meet each patient where they are.
Whether someone is navigating pain, stress, injury, or simply looking to maintain their wellbeing, I aim to create an environment where they feel empowered and supported. At Oak Integrative, I look forward to building meaningful therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, respect, and thoughtful communication.
