About Puja
Puja graduated with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from India, and has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedic settings. She has worked as an ergonomist with a multinational company and as a sports therapist with a state-league cricket team. In addition, Puja is a certified yoga instructor and holds certifications in Kinesio taping, dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and neurodynamic solutions for nerve disorders.
Building on her strong foundation in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Puja has expanded her scope of practice into Pelvic Health Therapy. Her interest in this specialty developed from observing the significant impact that pelvic floor dysfunction can have on daily life, yet how frequently these concerns remain
under recognized and undertreated. She pursued advanced training in pelvic health to address this gap and now works with patients experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum changes, and other pelvic floor conditions. Puja remains committed to ongoing education and professional growth to continue advancing her knowledge and skill set in this area.
With a unique blend of orthopedic, pelvic health, and yoga expertise, Puja provides evidence-based and patient-centered care for individuals with musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, and work-related disorders. Her treatment approach integrates manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, dry needling, orthopedic taping, and progressive exercise rehabilitation to help patients return to meaningful activities with confidence.
Puja’s practice philosophy emphasizes education, active listening, and collaborative care, ensuring patients not only recover but also understand and take ownership of their rehabilitation.
Outside of her professional work, Puja enjoys aerial yoga, painting, and reading. She is passionate about the outdoors and can often be found running, biking, or hiking.
