Rachel Cheung is a dedicated and highly experienced Kinesiologist with more than a decade of hands-on experience helping individuals move with confidence, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Over the years, she has worked in diverse clinical environments, guiding clients through recovery from soft tissue injuries, motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), ergonomics, postural dysfunctions and chronic pain conditions, bringing a deep understanding of the complexities of persistent pain . She also has extensive experience supporting return-to-work (RTW) programs, functional restoration, and comprehensive pain management strategies.
In addition to her clinical background, Rachel is certified in Stretch Tissue Release (STR Level 1) and is a trained yoga instructor, allowing her to integrate mobility, flexibility, and mindful movement as part of her rehabilitation approach.
Rachel holds a Master of Sports Science with a specialization in biomechanics, and WorkWell Functional Capacity Evalutation along with a Diploma in Disability Case Management. Her education has provided her with a strong foundation in the science of human movement while refining her ability to deliver individualized, client-focused care. She combines evidence-based practice with genuine compassion, understanding that each person’s recovery journey is unique.
