Dans ses motsWith nine years of experience and a 3000-hour massage certification, Rachel brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the art of massage therapy. Specializing in injury rehabilitation, postural correction, and shockwave therapy, Rachel is proficient in a wide range of techniques, including prenatal/postnatal, orthopaedic, cupping, Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage.
Inspired by a love for helping others feel their best, Rachel believes that massage is the original medicine—a vital part of everyone’s life. She takes pride in creating a space where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and understood, customizing each session to support goals like pain relief, relaxation, or recovery.
Outside the clinic, Rachel enjoys an active family life with her four sporty kids and a lovable greyhound dog. As a rugby coach, she brings the same dedication to teamwork and growth that she values in her work. Whether it’s on the field or in the clinic, Rachel is passionate about helping people grow, succeed, and feel great in their bodies.
