Rachel’s passion for health, fitness, and rehabilitation began at Wilfrid Laurier University, where she completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology while working as a student Athletic Therapist for the mens varsity football team. Alongside earning the title of a Certified Personal Trainer, Rachel pursued a diploma in massage therapy at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Currently, she is the Athletic Therapist for a girls' U18 AA hockey team. Rachel aims to provide both relaxation-focused and condition-specific treatments, drawing inspiration from her own background in athletics and experiences with injuries. Her commitment to wellness extends beyond the clinic by her firsthand understanding of the demands of sports and the importance of effective rehabilitation. Rachel focuses on creating personalized treatment plans that blend manual therapy, stretch therapy, and exercise to help clients achieve optimal functioning.
