Rachel graduated on the Dean's honors list from Lambton College, one of the top leading Massage Therapy Schools in Ontario. Rachel enjoys learning and expanding her knowledge and skills in order to offer the best massage possible, whether it is addressing the cause or relieving the symptoms. Rachel is dedicated in designing the treatment plan with you by assessing your condition and discussing your goals. Rachel's current skills include Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Therapy Massage Myofascial Release Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre/Post natal Massage, Foot and or Hand Massage, and Infant Massage. Rachel is a fully registered and licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
