À propos de Rachel
Dans ses motsHello! My name is Rachel. From a young age, I knew I wanted to both understand and help people. The field of psychology combined these aspirations in a way that continues to guide and inspire my work today.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan. Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over a decade supporting academic research studies at the University of Saskatchewan, deepening my understanding of human behaviour through a research-based lens.
I work with individuals facing a wide range of concerns including trauma, substance use, co-occurring mental health and addiction challenges, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, sleep issues, PTSD, self-harm, suicidal ideation, emotional regulation and chronic illness.
I currently offer virtual counselling services through Equilibrium Clinics and am committed to walking alongside each client with care, respect, and curiosity.
