A graduate of the Master's program in Physiotherapy from the University of Montreal in 2025, Rachèle assesses and treats a diverse clientele with musculoskeletal conditions, a field she finds particularly stimulating and rewarding. She also has specific clinical experience working with individuals suffering from vestibular disorders. She therefore supports people experiencing vertigo, dizziness, and balance problems. An active and passionate sports enthusiast, Rachèle enjoys cycling, swimming, and running. She completed her first triathlon in the summer of 2024. She regularly practices alpine skiing and yoga. This passion for physical activity allows her to better understand the human body and guides her clinical approach, which is dynamic, thoughtful, and tailored to each individual.

« During the initial consultation, the physiotherapist will gather all the necessary informations regarding your general health and your injury. The physiotherapist will perform a detailed physical assessement of your condition and will explain to you all the findings of the evaluation.
The physiotherapist will explain to you the treatment plan, the recommended frequency of follow-up appointments and will answer all your questions.
The physiotherapist will then begin the treatment plan and will prescribe you a therapeutic home exercise program.
Physiotherapy treatments are personnalized according to your needs and include manual therapy techniques, muscle release techniques, specific exercise prescription and if needed, the application of ice, heat, electrotherapy and taping. »
