About Racquel
Racquel Matthews graduated from ICT Northumberland College in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2005. While working as an RMT in Ontario, she furthered her education in physiology and biology by completing two years at the University of Western Ontario.
Racquel has worked in both clinical environments and spas, and has experience with relaxation therapy, sports injuries, occupational ailments, back and neck pain, disc injuries, motor vehicle and whiplash injury, sciatica, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff dysfunctions, and many other conditions.
She especially believes in tailoring her treatments to the individual, and is aware that clients can have a variety of needs. It is important to her to find and develop the appropriate treatment plan that works best for the client.
Racquel firmly believes that it is important to take care of the single body one is given.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, weight training, and painting.
