Rebeca is a Registered Massage Therapist who provides therapeutic, evidence-based treatments tailored to each client’s needs. She works with a wide range of individuals — from children and adults managing everyday tension to athletes seeking targeted recovery and performance support — creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for every age group. Her treatments integrate deep tissue work, myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations, cupping therapy, muscle scraping and shockwave therapy. With a strong focus on sports therapy and rehabilitation, Rebeca aims to improve mobility, reduce pain, and help clients maintain long-term physical wellness. She is also currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture and will be integrating acupuncture into her clinical practice in the future to offer a more holistic and comprehensive approach to health. Rebeca’s goal is to help every client feel stronger, move better, and leave each session with improved comfort, balance, and confidence in their body.
