Brazilian Face Lymph Drainage
« *This 30 minute treatment focuses only on the face.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a specialized type of massage therapy that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system to promote the removal of excess fluid and toxins from the body.
The massage therapist uses gentle, rhythmic, and circular motions with their hands, fingers, or specialized tools to stimulate the lymphatic vessels just beneath the skin's surface. The strokes are typically very light to avoid causing discomfort or bruising. »Cupping Massage
« The underlying tissue is drawn up into the cup forming an area of blood stasis. This appears to bruise the area, or turn it a bright or dark red depending on the degree of stagnation and the amount of toxins in the blood. Cupping is able to draw blood from as much as four inches below the skin’s surface to recirculate fresh blood and bring old blood to the surface to be cleaned by the lymphatic system. Cupping will help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
**If you are pregnant and booking a treatment, please select a Prenatal Massage Therapy session. Cupping can be added at no extra cost during the treatment but is not offered as a 30-minute standalone service for prenatal massages.** »Hot Stone Massage
« **If you are pregnant and booking a treatment, please select Prenatal Massage Therapy. Please note, that Hot Stone Massage is not available during pregnancy.**
This type of massage uses smooth stones that are warmed and placed on various points on the body which relax the body and allow the therapist to relax the deepest tissues of the body. The heated stones provide extra relaxation to any tight or stiff muscles in the body. »Infant Massage (0-5yrs)
