Renee Braddick
À propos de Renee
Dans ses motsRenee is a Kinesiologist and Strength Coach at Vital Performance Care, where she designs individualized strength and conditioning programs for clients ranging from weekend warriors to high-level athletes. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta with a major in Adapted Physical Activity, and specializes in program design, resistance training, and powerlifting. Her own training background spans yoga, CrossFit, powerlifting, and endurance work, giving her a well-rounded lens for meeting clients exactly where they are in their journey.
Renee's path into kinesiology started in high school, when she worked as a receptionist at a physiotherapy clinic and realized she wanted to spend her career helping people move and feel better. She's been in the gym since she was 13, grew up playing volleyball, and brings that lifelong-athlete energy into every program she writes. Her approach is thoughtful, client-centered, and built around getting you real results — whether you're chasing a personal best, returning from injury, or just getting started.
