With over two decades of experience as a Nurse (LPN) prior to becoming a Clinical Counsellor, I offer a unique perspective that bridges the gap between physical health and emotional well-being. I have seen firsthand how life’s heaviest challenges and the weight of trauma can fundamentally alter your health, your relationships, and your very sense of self. My approach is deeply rooted in this dual expertise. As a Clinical Traumatologist and Early Intervention Specialist, I blend medical insight with a compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic approach. Whether we are utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to shift patterns or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to find flexibility, our work is always integrated and holistic. I don’t just see a set of symptoms; I see a whole person worthy of a life defined by more than what they’ve been through. Helping you heal from trauma is more than my profession – it is my passion. In our sessions, you will find a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment designed for meaningful growth and lasting recovery. My goal is to help you rediscover your inherent strength, rebuild the trust that may have been lost within yourself and others, and move forward with a renewed sense of hope and empowerment.
