Dans ses motsRenee completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology in Health Sciences and Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. A former varsity athlete, she spent six years on the UBC Varsity Women’s Rowing Team, served as team captain, and contributed to three national championship titles. During her time at UBC Renee coauthored a paper on paraplegic rowing published in the Journal of Sport Sciences, helping inform evidence-based athlete classification through research.
As a physiotherapist, Renee is committed to fostering an active and collaborative approach to rehabilitation. Tailoring her treatments to address the specific needs and goals of her clients, she uses intramuscular stimulation (IMS), taping, manual therapy, and exercise to guide her clients on their path to recovery and physical wellbeing. She has post-graduate certifications in IMS and advanced manual therapy from the Canadian Orthopaedic Division.
Outside the clinic, Renee enjoys trail running, skiing, cycling, and hiking with her dog.
