About Rhylee
Rhylee Redden is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. With three years of experience in private practice and a background in community mental health, Rhylee provides compassionate, evidence-based support to adults navigating life's challenges and transitions.
Rhylee works with individuals and couples experiencing stress, burnout, workplace challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, parenting concerns, relationship issues, and major life transitions such as divorce, career changes, retirement, and financial adjustments. She also supports clients managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health concerns.
Drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Rhylee tailors her approach to meet the unique needs, goals, and experiences of each client. She has additional training in the Gottman Method for couples counselling and integrates evidence-based strategies to help clients develop practical coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
At the heart of Rhylee's work is a strong belief in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. Her warm, laid-back style helps foster a low-pressure atmosphere that puts clients at ease and encourages meaningful self-exploration and growth.
Using a client-centred, strengths-based approach, Rhylee works collaboratively with clients to identify and build upon their existing strengths while developing new tools for resilience and well-being. She is passionate about helping individuals enhance emotional wellness, foster personal growth, strengthen self-awareness, build effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful goals. Through therapy, Rhylee supports clients in overcoming obstacles, navigating life's complexities, and creating lasting, positive change
