About Riley
Reaching out for support during times of struggle can be difficult, especially if reaching out before has not gone as planned. I believe in the person-centred and strengths-based approaches that help foster a strong therapeutic relationship to create a safe and comfortable environment to access support during these times. I offer a non-judgmental space for processing, healing, and growth. I come with a background of experience with ADHD, dual-diagnosis, disabilities, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life stress and transition, students, student-athletes, and sports-related struggles across many differing cultural backgrounds and identities.
I draw from an integrative approach to support your unique needs and adapt to you and your life changes. I emphasize Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. In my practice, I aim to create a space for reflection, processing, and growth. I aim to best understand you, from your perspective, to work together. In doing so, we can collaborate to identify goals, address struggles, develop awareness, and find ways to grow and heal that are best for you.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends, and golden retriever, Nash. I enjoy staying active through picking up playing hockey when I can, volunteer coaching with the local Special Olympics program, and playing competitive rugby. I also enjoy spending time at the local coffee shops and in our wonderful downtown area.
