Rina Reddy is a Registered Psychotherapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor, and EMDR Certified Therapist & Consultant-in-Training. She works with individuals who often feel overwhelmed beneath the surface—despite appearing capable, high-functioning, and “put together” on the outside. Many of her clients are navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, relational stress and life transition stress (such as life changes post marriage, pregnancy or child birth).
Her approach is integrative and rooted in a bottom-up, nervous system-focused lens. Rather than only addressing symptoms, Rina helps clients understand the deeper patterns driving their experiences—creating space for meaningful, lasting change. Her work is warm, attuned, and grounded in both clinical training and lived understanding.
What sessions with Rina look like
Sessions with Rina are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual. She creates a space where clients can slow down, feel safe enough to explore what’s beneath the surface, and begin to make sense of their emotional world.
Together, the work focuses on supporting nervous system regulation and emotional overwhelm, while also exploring attachment patterns and relationship dynamics that may be shaping current experiences. There is a strong emphasis on strengthening boundaries, building self-trust, and developing more authentic self-expression. At the same time, Rina integrates practical tools and strategies to help clients navigate day-to-day challenges in a way that feels more manageable.
Rina balances depth-oriented exploration with tangible support, helping clients not only understand themselves more fully, but also feel more grounded, connected, and aligned in their everyday lives.
