As a nutritionist and health coach certified in Dr. Dale Bredesen's trailblazing PReCODE and ReCODE program, I work with people to prevent and reverse cognitive decline utilizing tailored, science-based nutrition and lifestyle plans. My real estate days taught me structure, drive and the rigors of corporate life; now I channel that into guiding clients-individuals or teams-to boost resilience, mental clarity, and overall vitality.
