As a Registered Professional Counsellor, I work with individuals and couples who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply stuck and unsure of how to move forward. My focus includes couples counselling, midlife transitions, and helping clients find new perspectives when old patterns no longer work.
Counselling, for me, is not about giving quick fixes—it’s about creating a space where you feel truly heard and understood. I see my role as a partner in your journey, walking alongside you as we explore what’s happening in your life, uncover what may be holding you back, and discover practical ways to move toward greater clarity and fulfillment.
I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone feels safe enough to be honest about their struggles. That’s why my approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and non-judgment. I want you to know that when you step into a session with me, you’re stepping into a place where you can speak freely, explore openly, and know you won’t face judgment.
