I started out and have been going to him off and on as needed, sometimes more regularly than others, but always effective, always personable. Recently I tweaked my shoulder. Rob not only massaged it but gave me specific exercises (that's the Active Motion part of the therapeutics), and my shoulder has steadily come back to its original form and function.
