Are you feeling weighed down by past experiences that still affect how you show up in your life and relationships today?
You're not alone, and you're not broken. Many of the people I work with have tried to “just talk it out” or push through on their own, only to realize they need something deeper, more connected, and more supportive.
My name is Robin Johal (MSW, RSW), and I offer individual therapy for those ready to heal at their own pace. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, burnout, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, our work together will be rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and curiosity never judgment.
🛑 Therapy with me isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you slow down, reconnect to yourself, and move through your pain with more clarity and care.
In our sessions, you'll find a warm, grounded space to explore your feelings, your story, and your goals. I take a collaborative, client-centred approach that respects where you’re at while gently helping you move toward where you want to be.
Because growth isn't a race, it's a journey. And you're allowed to take your time.
