Robyn Sobotka is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a thoughtful, whole-body approach to care, blending clinical assessment with hands-on treatment to support both physical function and overall wellbeing. She holds an Honours BSc in Kinesiology from McMaster University and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Her strong foundation in movement science allows her to look beyond isolated symptoms and consider how the body moves, adapts, and compensates as a whole. Robyn offers General Swedish Massage and integrates a range of techniques including trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, fascial work, stretching, and hydrotherapy. Every session begins with a comprehensive assessment and ongoing communication, ensuring treatment is tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and comfort. She emphasizes creating a safe and responsive environment, helping clients feel supported and at ease throughout their session. Known for her attentive presence and warm patient-forward approach, Robyn strives to create a treatment experience that is both effective and restorative, whether clients are seeking relief from pain, improved mobility, stress reduction, or long-term wellness.

Formation: Robyn graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2019. During her undergraduate degree she fell in love with manual therapy and educating on health/wellbeing through working with Varsity Athletes. She registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario in 2020 and completed her massage therapy diploma at the Ontario College of Health & Technology, prior to becoming registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2022.

Pediatric Massage Therapy Treatment

« For all patients up to 13 years old. Pediatric massage is designed to promote health, relaxation, and emotional balance for our youngest clients and their active lifestyles. During a pediatric massage session, the therapist will invite you and your child into the treatment room to conduct a thorough assessment. During treatment, your child can remain fully or partially clothed depending on their comfort level, and can choose to sit or lie down. We use gentle, age-appropriate techniques to ensure comfort, promote muscle relaxation, enhance sleep quality, and improve emotional wellness. Safety and comfort are paramount, and we ensure a welcoming, child-friendly environment. For our older pediatric clients, we invite you to make the decision whether you would like to accompany them for part, or all of their treatment. »
