Roman completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College and holds a diploma in Kinesiology. With nearly 10 years of amateur boxing experience in Eastern Europe and a background as a personal trainer and fitness specialist, he has developed extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise, and injury rehabilitation. Roman has clinical experience treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical conditions.
Roman uses evidence-based, patient-centered care, incorporating deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, myofascial techniques, stretching, and therapeutic exercise to reduce pain, restore function, and improve mobility. He works with clients of all ages and activity levels and collaborates closely with other healthcare professionals to support optimal recovery and long-term wellness.
Outside the clinic, Roman is either with his family or at the gym.
