Roxane Plaisir is a sports therapist graduated from Concordia University, member of the Corporation des Thérapeutes du Sport du Québec (CTSQ), the Canadian Association of Sports Therapists (ACTS/CATA) and the Quebec Federation of Massage Therapists (FQM). She is currently completing her training in Swedish massage therapy in order to diversify her approaches with her clients.
Our athletic therapist is experienced in emergency care, prevention and management of acute or chronic musculoskeletal injuries, as well as concussions.
As a former multidisciplinary athlete and passionate about discovering new sports, particularly combat sports and artistic disciplines, Roxane Plaisir has acquired experience and in-depth knowledge in several fields.
Working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, she knows the importance of a personalized approach based on each individual's background and goals. She uses a variety of tools such as manual therapy (MFR, STR, PNF, Cupping, mobilization, etc.), exercise prescription, taping and therapeutic modalities to meet individual needs.
