Ruth is an RMT who seeks to provide pain relief and stress reduction to her patients by incorporating Swedish techniques, joint mobilizations, intentional breathwork and remedial exercise into her treatments. Ruth also has added knowledge in the use of therapeutic silicone cupping, athletic taping, hot stones and Indian head massage techniques.
In 2022, Ruth graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College with honors and soon after started working as an RMT. She has also enjoyed working as a support person for adults with special needs, as a casual TA at Mohawk College. and as a physiotherapist assistant. In her time off work Ruth enjoys indoor soccer, biking, hiking, and traveling.
