« It is when we are more in a state of parasympathetic nervous system activation that our body is able to relax – we sleep, digest, and heal. This is a gentle relaxation massage to the back, neck and scalp. Treatment to the abdomen and stomach is also directly applied with the intention to increase digestion. »

“Sachiell is a wonderful RMT! I would kindly ask that she is a bit more on time with her start times, the massages start 5 mins or a bit more late. I know it's not a lot but it does shorten her amazing treatment.”
