Sahar is a Reiki Master who is very passionate about health and wellness and helping people understand how important it is to balance one’s mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. She holds a degree in Business Administration and was pursuing a corporate career when she decided to explore Reiki as a personal growth goal. She received her Reiki Initiation in 1997,and her second level in 2000. After several years of practicing on herself, friends and family, she realised her career was not fulfilling her passion of truly helping others balance and grow and decided to pursue Reiki full time.
Sahar continues her daily self-Reiki practice which allows her to maintain a strong Reiki connection; enhancing her ability to share her Reiki from a place of grounded balance and calm. This strong foundation and dedication to her craft led her to pursue and achieve her goal of Reiki Mastership in 2018. Sahar loves sharing this wonderful practice with her clients knowing that she is contributing to their overall wellbeing. Sahar has been a registered member of the Canadian Reiki Association since 2013.
