Dans ses motsFascinated by the human body, I studied Kinesiology at UFV in Abbotsford. I continued to graduate from the RMT program at VCMT. I am passionate about yoga, snowboarding, music & travelling.
I believe that relaxation & stress reduction is a vital part of wellbeing that can be achieved by massage therapy. This strategy can be used to aid so many conditions by relaxing the body & mind through nervous system regulation.
I enjoy providing massage therapy for rehabilitation, chronic pain, active lifestyles & stress relief. However, I am open to working with all types of conditions to broaden my skills & knowledge.
My massage style consists of slow & relaxing treatments that focus in therapeutically where needed. I am well practiced in reducing pain & improving performance by locating & working out knots, increasing joint mobility, correcting posture, providing stretch therapy & suggesting home care advice.
