Sam is a Registered Acupuncturist (R. Ac), Practical Herbalist, and Reiki Energy Practitioner. She blends Traditional Chinese Medicine, western herbal wisdom, and energy healing to support the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.
Focusing on trauma-informed care, Sam uses a Somatic Practice called SIT with it (Subconscious Imprinting Technique), which allows us to gently identify and clear the emotional imprints and trauma that often underlie chronic illness, and physical discomfort.
By bridging these Ancient Arts, Sam offers a compassionate, grounded and totally embodied approach. She helps clients release physical tension, emotional stress, and stagnant energy- creating space for deeper healing, resilience, and connection.

- This Session is for patients who have been treated by Sam before, and for anyone looking for a more intensive session, where we dive deeper into the somatic & energetics. Treatment includes Acupuncture and Reiki, but may also include other modalities; such as cupping, gua sha (scraping the surface of the skin with smooth tool), SIT Somatics, etc. Whichever treatment plan is discussed and agreed upon with client and practitioner.
This session is designed for profound energetic alignment and nervous system unburdening. Because we will be moving deep layers of physical, emotional, and spiritual tension, I highly recommend leaving some open, quiet time in your schedule *after* our session to rest, hydrate, and allow your body to fully integrate the healing.
