###About Me
I am an acupuncturist and medically trained herbalist with a background in conventional and integrative medicine. With 17 years of experience as a nurse and advanced training in acupuncture and Western herbal medicine, I provide individualized care for people of all ages.
I address concerns including but not limited to chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, nervous system exhaustion, digestion, migraines, insomnia, fertility, menstrual and pregnancy-related health, as well as overall wellbeing.

After many years working in hospital settings, I developed a strong appreciation for both the strengths and limitations of conventional medicine.
A life-changing workplace injury further shaped my understanding of how integrative therapies can help restore and enhance the body’s natural healing capacity.
My approach to care is grounded in the belief that true healing happens when the whole person is seen and supported — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
My role is not only to address symptoms, but to help you reconnect with balance, energy, and resilience — so you can move forward feeling confident in your care.
Based on your individual needs, acupuncture treatments may include: Acupuncture, Tuina massage, Cupping, Gua sha, Moxibustion, Acupressure, or Electrotherapy
I also offer Western herbal medicine consultations, to carefully select herbs tailored to each person’s unique constitution, health concerns, and stage of life.
###Education
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC, earning my Diploma of Acupuncture, and hold licensing through the CCHPBC. I also completed the intensive Phytotherapy program at Pacific Rim College and am in the process of becoming registered with the BCHA.
I am deeply committed to ongoing education, with additional training in mental health and awareness, DBT, Reiki and energy healing, aromatherapy, life coaching, Indigenous Awareness, LGBTQ2+ inclusion, teaching, and course development.
This combination of medical, holistic, and therapeutic expertise allows me to provide comprehensive, individualized care for every client.
