As a Registered Acupuncturist, Samara offers hands-on, trauma-informed treatments that support nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and overall health. Her work is especially supportive for those navigating transitions- whether that looks like burnout, fatigue, grief, chronic stress, life changes, or simply feeling disconnected. She believes healing happens when we have space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with ourselves. Drawing from the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Samara works with a wide range of concerns, including menstrual and hormonal health, prenatal and postpartum care, peri-menopause and menopause, stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, chronic pain, and digestive concerns. She approaches each treatment with curiosity and warmth, recognizing that health is shaped by far more than physical symptoms alone. Her treatments are collaborative, intuitive, and rooted in a whole-person approach to care. Samara works alongside each patient to create a supportive foundation for healing. Offering treatments, guidance, and tools that help bring greater balance and ease to daily life. Her intention is for patients to leave feeling more grounded, supported, and connected to themselves, their lives, and the things that bring them joy.
