I am a Reiki Master Practitioner, and a registered member of the Canadian Reiki Association since 2018. Reiki is becoming more popular as a healing technique that promotes relaxation which helps to reduce and release stress, tension, and anxiety throughout the body. I practice Usui Reiki, which is a Japanese energy healing modality that helps balance the energy centres of the body. It helps to identify the energy blockages and brings them back into alignment, which in turn, promotes optimal well-being mentally, emotionally, physically, and spirituality. I am so pleased to be offering Reiki treatments at Nature’s Touch Naturopathic Clinic, which is dedicated to, and values, assisting patients holistically based on their specific and individual needs.
