Sapna is skilled in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, Maitland mobilizations (Grades 1–4), and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques. During her training, she conducted a case study on headache management, which deepened her passion for addressing complex musculoskeletal issues. She has a particular interest in treating conditions related to prolonged sitting and repetitive strain, including Headache, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, TOS, frozen shoulder, piriformis syndrome, disc herniation, plantar fasciitis, and IT band syndrome.
