Hey, I’m Sara — a Physical Therapist who has been practicing since 2018. I’ve spent most of my career in orthopaedics, working with people of all ages and backgrounds. My goal is simple: to help you get back to the activities, roles, and routines that matter most — whether that’s sport, work, parenting, or navigating life with a chronic condition.
I use a combination of manual therapy, exercise, education, and acupuncture to support recovery, and I also have specialized training in pelvic health. I’m passionate about helping people understand their bodies and feel confident managing their symptoms long-term.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me with my family and two busy little boys — usually outdoors, reading, puzzling, or planning our next adventure.

Telehealth sessions are a great option if you're unable to make it into the clinic or just prefer the convenience of care at home. These virtual appointments focus on what truly matters—you.
We’ll take the time to understand your needs, explore symptom management strategies, and guide you through personalized rehab and lifestyle changes that promote long-term health. Research shows that in many cases, a thorough conversation, coaching, and a well-structured plan are just as effective as in-person care (Dario et al., 2017; Cottrell et al., 2017).
Whether you're dealing with pain, returning to activity, or need support building new habits—telehealth gives us the chance to focus on what you can do, not just what we can do to you. »

Pelvic Health AssessmentNew patient
« A pelvic health assessment is focused on understanding your concerns, your goals, and how your symptoms are affecting your daily life. We take a respectful, private, and patient-centered approach throughout.
Your visit will begin with a detailed conversation about your history, habits, and any relevant medical or surgical factors. The physical assessment may include looking at your posture, breathing, and core and hip function.
With your informed consent, an internal pelvic exam may be offered to better assess pelvic floor muscle function. This is always optional, and your comfort and preferences guide every step of the process.
Based on your assessment, we’ll work with you to create a personalized plan that may include education, movement and exercise strategies, and practical tools to support your goals. »
