Sara Orsini
À propos de Sara
Dans ses motsSara is a Registered Psychotherapist with a background in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy. Her approach to therapy is shaped by a deep curiosity about the human experience — how we relate, how we grow, and how we begin again.
Before entering the world of psychotherapy, Sara spent many years working in education, holding degrees in Curriculum Studies and Gender Studies. This path fostered a strong appreciation for the connection between learning, identity, and healing.
In her work, Sara offers a grounded, collaborative space where clients can explore the deeper threads beneath their experiences. Her approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, helping clients uncover unconscious patterns and emotional roots that may be shaping their present. She weaves in somatic and mindfulness-based practices, EMDR, embodiment work, and other trauma-informed methods to support healing on a holistic level.
Sara works with adults (16+) navigating anxiety, self-worth, life transitions, relationship challenges, and grief. She welcomes the full range of human emotion and experience, and believes in the transformative power of being truly seen and heard.
Outside of the therapy space, Sara enjoys funny dog videos, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with loved ones.
