Sara is the Founder and Clinical Director of Reclaiming Life Therapy and Wellness.
As a Registered Psychotherapist and Somatic-Oriented Practitioner, Sara specializes in supporting adults navigating the lingering effects of experiences that may have happened too fast, too soon, before you were ready, or without adequate support. These experiences may not always be labeled as “trauma,” yet their impact can live on in the body, shaping how we feel, relate, and respond to the world.
Feelings of anxiety, depression, chronic stress, emotional shutdown, or disconnection from self and others are often signs of a nervous system still working hard to protect you. Through gentle, body-based approaches, Sara helps clients reconnect with their inner capacity for safety, regulation, and resilience.
At the heart of her work is the belief that healing happens through the body and within safe connection. Together, you’ll explore ways to support your nervous system’s natural movement toward balance cultivating a deeper sense of presence, vitality, and wholeness.
