À propos de Sara
Dans ses motsI have been working in massage therapy for over a decade, am registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. I have extensive experience in a variety of massage styles and techniques, including Swedish, myofascial and positional release, NISA, neuromuscular, muscle-energy, joint mobilizations, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, kinesiology taping, trigger point work, pregnancy massage, reflexology, Shiatsu, Thai, hot stone massage, and aromatherapy.
Over the years, I’ve thrived in a variety of different massage settings, such as relaxation spas, heli-ski lodges and RMT clinics. I’ve also worked in specialty clinics such as Sutherland Chan's Breast Clinic, Princess Margaret Hospital’s palliative care unit for cancer patients, and Lyndhurst Hospital’s Spinal Cord Rehabilitation Program. These experiences gave me further insight into how I can be of service to my clientele regarding pain management, the reduction of scar tissue, improving strength and mobility post-injury and -surgery, and the ongoing process of healing both the body and the spirit during times of crisis.
My work as an RMT is also furthered by my training as a birth doula, courses pertaining to breastfeeding, and a 200-hour yoga teacher training course with Open Source Yoga. I strive to incorporate my widespread knowledge and expertise into each treatment in order to support and empower my clients as effectively as possible.

Registered Massage Therapy Treatment
« This is a shorter treatment time, and is appropriate for returning clients who are looking for a treatment that will target one area/issue only.
Registered massage therapy encompasses a variety of techniques, such as: Swedish, myofascial, positional release, joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy, lymphatic drainage, reflexive techniques and trigger point work. At the start of your treatment, you and your therapist will discuss what is happening in your body and which techniques will be most helpful for you. »6 options 158 $ à 259 $· 60 à 120 minDe 158 $ à 259 $ pour 60 à 120 min — la séance de massothérapie la moins chère et la plus chère facturées par cette clinique.Lipedema Massage
« A 60 minute Lipedema treatment limits our time for treatment, and is therefore best for treatment of the arms, or the abdomen. This length of time allows only for treatment of the front of the legs OR the back of the legs, but not both. To treat the front and back of the legs in one treatment, please book a 75 minute or ideally a 90 minute appointment.
Lipedema massage combines:
1. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), using slow, gentle movements to stimulate lymph flow and reduce swelling and heaviness.
2. Gentle, superficial myofascial techniques, which help improve tissue mobility and reduce discomfort in the affected connective tissue without creating additional swelling in the tissue that more agressive myofascial techniques can lead to.
3. Compression therapy: which is a cornerstone of lipedema care. Clients are strongly encouraged to bring their compression garments (leggings, sleeves, and/or bodysuits, depending on the affected areas) to wear after the treatment to help prevent fluid from re-entering the tissues after treatment.
Because this work requires a specific amount of time to be effective, appointments are not offered for less than 60 minutes. »4 options 158 $ à 259 $· 60 à 120 minDe 158 $ à 259 $ pour 60 à 120 min — la séance de massothérapie la moins chère et la plus chère facturées par cette clinique.N.I.S.A Myofascial Massage

« TMJ massage is a technique used to ease pain and discomfort in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), which is responsible for the movement of the jaw. When the muscles and ligaments surrounding the joint become tense or inflamed, it can cause symptoms such as jaw pain, headaches, earaches, and difficulty opening and closing the mouth. TMJ massage helps to release tension in these muscles, improve circulation, and reduce pain.
A classic TMJ treatment includes massage work to release the muscles of the neck, throat, face and outside of the jaw, as well as work to release musculature inside of the mouth. »3 options 158 $ à 202 $· 60 à 90 minDe 158 $ à 202 $ pour 60 à 90 min — la séance de massothérapie la moins chère et la plus chère facturées par cette clinique.Lymphatic Drainage TreatmentFollow-up
« If this is your first MLD booking at our clinic, please book an initial MLD treatment before booking a follow up treatment.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) treatment focuses on techniques which are applied with light, rhythmic pressure to encourage fluid to enter the initial lymph vessels just beneath the skin, stimulate small nerves which innervate the smooth muscles of the deeper and larger lymphatic collector vessels, and drain the body's lymph nodes. This process helps the body move and clean excess fluid from the tissue, reduce tissue congestion, and ease inflammation and soreness in areas affected by inflammation.
MLD supports people recovering from surgery, cancer treatments, orthopedic procedures, cosmetic surgeries and gender-affirming care, acute injuries like sprains or strains, as well as those managing chronic conditions like migraines, fibromyalgia, lymphedemas, lipedema, arthritis, or venous insufficiency.
In a systemic treatment, the aim is to improve the overall flow of lymph fluid, which is great for general detoxification and can help boost a sluggish immune system. » 259 $120 minManual Lymph Drainage TreatmentFollow-up

« An initial Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) treatment uses gentle, rhythmic techniques to encourage fluid to enter the lymph vessels just beneath the skin, stimulate the nerves that activate the deeper lymphatic collector vessels, and support healthy lymph node drainage. This process helps the body move and clear excess fluid from tissues, reduce congestion, and ease inflammation and soreness in affected areas.
Your first session includes a health history review and assessment to determine whether lymphatic drainage is appropriate, identify any contraindications, and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
MLD can be beneficial for people recovering from surgery, cancer treatment, orthopedic procedures, cosmetic surgery, or gender-affirming care, as well as acute injuries such as sprains or strains. It may also support those managing chronic conditions including migraines, fibromyalgia, lymphedema, lipedema, arthritis, or venous insufficiency. » 158 $60 minPre-surgery lymphatic drainage: 2nd and 3rd appointment charge included in first appointmentNew patient
« This appointment is either part two or three of your 60min lymph drainage treatment to jumpstart the lymphatic system 24hrs before surgery. These two appointments are 15 minutes each in length. « If this is your first CDT booking at our clinic, please book an initial CDT treatment before booking a follow up treatment. CDT combines four key components:
1) Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD): gentle massage that moves lymph fluid away from congested areas. 2) Compression: short-stretch bandages or custom-fit garments to prevent fluid from returning. 3) Targeted exercises: simple movements that help pump lymph through the body. 4) Skin care: protects vulnerable tissues and helps prevent infection.
Treatment typically occurs in two phases: a reduction phase, with more frequent sessions to decrease swelling, followed by a maintenance phase using compression, self-care, and occasional treatments to manage results long-term.
CDT can support people recovering from surgery, cancer treatment, orthopedic procedures, or gender-affirming care, as well as those managing lymphedema, lipedema, arthritis, or venous insufficiency.
CDT may not be suitable for individuals with active infections, deep vein thrombosis, severe arterial disease, or certain heart conditions. An assessment ensures treatment is safe and appropriate. »5 options 158 $ à 259 $· 60 à 120 minDe 158 $ à 259 $ pour 60 à 120 min — la séance de physiothérapie la moins chère et la plus chère facturées par cette clinique.Avis
