If nutrition feels confusing, overwhelming, or like something you’ve struggled to “get right,” Sarah is here to help you find a way forward that actually feels manageable.
Sarah Boyd, RD is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Loma Linda University. She works with patients managing IBS, Celiac disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and disordered eating patterns—providing care that is evidence-based, practical, and tailored to your real life.
Sarah takes a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach to nutrition, helping you move away from restrictive patterns and toward a more sustainable, balanced relationship with food. Using principles of Intuitive Eating and mindful nutrition, she supports you in building habits that improve both your physical health and overall well-being—without the pressure of perfection.
With specialized training in the low FODMAP diet through Monash University, Sarah also supports patients navigating digestive concerns with clear, structured guidance to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. She offers individualized meal planning and works collaboratively with you to create strategies that feel realistic, flexible, and achievable.
Originally from Vernon, Sarah is proud to be back in the Okanagan supporting her community. She is passionate about cutting through nutrition misinformation and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported, informed, and confident in your choices.
Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys staying active—skiing, wake surfing, road biking, and playing volleyball—as well as spending time at the piano.
Please note: Sarah does not focus on cosmetic weight loss.
