Dans ses motsSarah has always been passionate about health and wellness, and being able to better help others through massage. She has experience in injury rehabilitation, compensation patterns, and whiplash injuries. Sarah enjoys working with the general public, pre/post natal patients, as well as pediatrics.
She implements a variety of techniques such as myofacial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, scar care and trigger point therapy. Sarah will create a treatment plan that is suitable for your individual needs and goals. She looks forward to being a part of your wellness journey!

We believe massage can be a safe, gentle, and supportive way to help children and teens relax, reduce stress, and support their growing bodies. 👦🏼👧🏾
Safety is always our top priority.
-All sessions are tailored to your child’s age and comfort level.
-Parents/guardians are always welcome in the room during the massage.
-Open communication is encouraged, your child can pause or stop the session at any time.
