Dans ses motsSarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Psychology and Certificate in Rehabilitation Sciences from McMaster University. Sarah then moved to Kingston to complete her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Queen’s University. During her studies she developed a keen interest in injury rehabilitation, promoting active living, and women’s health.
Her practice emphasizes a personalized approach to care, working together to create a treatment plan that focuses on each client’s unique goals. She is passionate about helping people restore movement, build strength, and return to the activities they love, whether that’s recovering from a sports injury, keeping up with their grandkids, or simply moving with less pain. Sarah’s treatment approach emphasizes active mobility and strengthening, along with manual therapy and education. It is Sarah’s goal that each client has the necessary tools, skills, and information to be an active participant in their own rehabilitation journey.
Sarah is certified in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, offering Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
When not at the clinic, you can find Sarah hiking, mountain or road cycling, travelling, spending time with friends and family, or reading a good book!
