Sasha graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in North York, Ontario and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2013. Sasha, in high school, enjoyed training at a track and field athletic club which included weight lifting and plyometrics. She had dreams of become an Olympic thrower but chose instead to learn more about preventative health practices, through yoga, eastern and western nutrition, aromatherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Reiki. As an adjunct to Massage Therapy, Sasha has studied cranio-sacral therapy, reflexology, cupping, skin and scar care post cancer treatments, structural integration, head massage and various osteopathic created techniques. Sasha enjoys travel and is always motivated to hike, intermittent fast, swim, take new yoga classes and learn new ways of meditation on her annual trips.
