She takes a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, designing individualized treatment plans that not only address pain and injury but also enhance movement patterns, flexibility, strength, and overall function.
In addition, Saskia specializes in the assessment, treatment, and management of pelvic health conditions. With a particular focus on women’s health, she provides compassionate and evidence-based care to address concerns such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and sexual health issues. Her approach empowers women of all ages, from postpartum recovery to menopause, to achieve optimal pelvic floor function and overall wellness.
Outside of her clinical practice, Saskia has a passion for outdoor activities and understands the importance of maintaining a strong, mobile, and resilient body. When not working with clients, she can be found skiing, biking, running, or practicing aerial silks—activities that further fuel her commitment to promoting physical health and wellness.
