Manual therapy plays a central role in his treatment, helping restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
His Master’s research focused on enhancing physical function and health outcomes in Canadian Armed Forces personnel living with chronic low back pain, further strengthening his evidence-informed approach to rehabilitation.
Exercise prescription and strength training are essential components of his work, supporting resilience, performance, and lasting results. After navigating his own injuries and chronic pain, Sean developed a deeper understanding of the rehabilitation process from both a clinical and personal perspective. This experience continues to shape his approach placing a strong emphasis on education, movement, and empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery.
His osteopathic treatment philosophy is rooted in modern pain science and functional movement. Using a combination of techniques including joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, PNF, MET, and positional release, he works to restore balance, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural capacity to heal.
Sean works with clients of all ages, from youth to older adults helping them recover from injury and move with greater ease and confidence. He is committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest advancements in rehabilitation and manual therapy. He believes the best outcomes are achieved through a collaborative approach, where clients are engaged, informed, and actively involved in their care.
