Sean Cepeda
À propos de Sean
Dans ses motsSean is a registered social worker providing clinical mental health support to children, teens and adults. He emphasizes co-creating a safe space where clients can be their authentic selves, be seen and heard. Sean believes in meeting people where they are at in their lives and emphasizes clients as the experts of their own experiences. Sean uses a range of evidence based practices using a narrative and emotion focused lens where clients can be understood through their lived experiences. This helps to build awareness and understanding of emotions that influence underlying moods, feelings and behaviours. He also uses neuroplasticity and polyvagal theories as guiding principles that help to understand the brains role in how and why we act, feel and behave. Sean brings a warm, compassionate approach in creating a shared space with a focus on client driven goals.
