Dans ses motsSehr is a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), bringing nearly a decade of rich experience in the mental health and counseling field. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. She has also served as a Senior Lecturer in academia for four years.
Over the years, Sehr has worked with individuals across various age groups and has supported both individuals and couples through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Her primary focus lies in working with teens and adults navigating issues related to relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem, though her areas of support are not limited to these alone.
With a warm, client-centered approach, Sehr views therapy as a collaborative journey walking alongside clients as they rediscover their strengths, reconnect with their authentic selves, and heal. She is trained in multiple evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Her integrative style allows her to tailor each session to the client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals. Sehr also integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) into her approach, drawing on her training to help clients connect with their inner parts, reduce emotional burdens and build a stronger sense of Self.
Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, Sehr is dedicated to providing culturally sensitive care and creating a safe, welcoming space for clients from diverse backgrounds. Compassionate and attuned, she believes that therapy is not just about coping, but about growth, empowerment, and lasting transformation.
