Serah is a Registered Massage Therapist and an Algonquin College graduate from the Intensive Massage Therapy program in 2018 and the Fitness and Health Promotion program in 2016. As a former athlete and coach Serah has an extensive background in sports-related injuries, injury prevention, rehabilitation and chronic pain management. As a therapist who has spent much of her career working with motor vehicle accidents Serah is experienced in treating concussion and whiplash by relieving symptoms and assisting in the healing process. Specializing in deep tissue therapeutic massage with a background in exercise prescription Serah hopes to bring her clients a well-rounded experience.
